Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A minimum 24-hour notice is required for standard bookings unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Requests made within 24 hours are not guaranteed.

• Bookings are not confirmed until payment and written or electronic confirmation are received.

Payment

• Pricing, deposits, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Deposits, when required, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Full payment may be required prior to service.

• Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information

• Be punctual for scheduled pickup times

• Treat drivers, staff, and vendors with respect

• Comply with all applicable laws and safety guidelines

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services without refund if a client or guest engages in unsafe, illegal, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Cancellations made within the applicable cancellation window may result in forfeiture of deposits or full service charges.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Weather, Travel & Force Majeure

5. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Clients acknowledge that transportation, travel, and concierge services involve inherent risks and voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Mountain Valley Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mountain Valley Concierge, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Client or guest actions or omissions

• Violation of these terms

• Misuse of services

• Injury or damage caused by the client or their guests

7. Media & Content Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Mountain Valley Concierge may capture and use non-identifying photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. Clients may opt out by providing written notice prior to service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, logos, and media — is the exclusive property of Mountain Valley Concierge and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
